Conditions d’annulation

Vous pouvez annuler votre réservation en cliquant sur le lien à la fin de votre e-mail de confirmation et en suivant les instructions affichées sur votre écran.

Si votre réservation comporte des frais de réservation, merci de prendre note que ceux-ci ne sont pas remboursables.

Il est conseillé d’annuler aussitôt que possible une fois que la cause de l’annulation est survenue.

Frais d’annulation

Si annulée ou en cas de non présentation à l’hôtel, la première nuit sans les extras est facturée et non remboursable.

En cas d’annulation, si vous avez payé en ligne tout ou partie de la réservation, ce montant vous sera restitué après déduction des frais d’annulation (exception des offres non annulable non remboursable).

Taxes

Les tarifs sont affichés, TVA comprise.

La taxe de séjour, les taxes gouvernementales ou locales pourront être demandées en supplément.

Heure d’arrivée/heure de départ

Votre chambre ou appartement sera disponible à la réception à partir de l’heure indiquée ci-dessous.

Le jour de votre départ, vous devez libérer votre chambre/appartement au plus tard à l’heure indiquée ci-dessous.

La facturation d’une nuit supplémentaire peut résulter du non-respect de cette heure limite de départ.

Il est recommandé d’utiliser la case “Commentaires ou informations complémentaires” du formulaire de réservation pour avertir de votre heure d’arrivée estimée, particulièrement si celle-ci est tardive.
